IROMA Chairman, Kingsley Ononuju, Felicitates Barr. Chioma Uzodimma on Birthday

The Chairman of the Imo Roads Maintenance Agency (IROMA), Hon. Barr. Kingsley Ononuju, has extended warm birthday felicitations to Her Excellency, Barr. Chioma Uzodimma, as she marks another year of life.
